Bob Weidauer, has served as CEO of Westcorp Management Group since its inception in 2007. WestCorp Management Group has grown to provide management and related property management services for more than 13,000 units. Westcorp has developed a flexible, detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to property management. In addition to Nevada, the company provides services to properties in Florida, New Mexico, Washington, North Dakota, and Texas. Bob also leads the company’s developments in the Midwest and other planned projects throughout the west. Prior to organizing WestCorp Management Group, Bob was president Nevada West Development. At Nevada West, Bob led the day-to-day business activities of the conversion and sale of more than 4,000 condominium units between 2003 and 2007 for a total sales price of more than $600 million.
Under his leadership, the firm became the largest condo converter in the state of Nevada, with the third-largest new home sales group in the entire Las Vegas metropolitan area. From 2001 to 2003, Bob was actively involved in a restructuring of RMI Management, a homeowner association management company, which led to an increase in its net value from $1 million to more than $5.7 million. Before joining Nevada West Development, Bob was Chief Financial Officer for Transcontinental Properties’ Las Vegas Operations, which was responsible for building the $4 billion Lake Las Vegas Resort Community 17 miles southeast of downtown Las Vegas.
Scott leads the financial management of all WestCorp managed properties across the country. An accounting professional with more than 27 years of experience in the multi-family management field, he offers a full range of property management expertise that is designed to increase real property investment returns for property owners. Scott is a licensed CPA and understands realistic applications of technology to the multi-family industry. He also currently serves on the advisory board for RealPage, Inc, a fully integrated system for the multifamily industry.
Over the course of his career, has been a professor, an entrepreneur and a corporate leader. As the head of WestCorp he spearheads the firm’s efforts nationwide.
In 1990, Ken founded and directed Realty Management, Inc. which was ranked 45 on the NMHC 50 Largest US Apartment Managers as of January 1, 2007. He subsequently left RMI and purchased its multi-family portfolio in 2003. Ken is also the founder and chairman of ExtraSpace Storage, a publicly-traded company (NYSE: EXR) that operates on the national scale and holds an interest in over $4 billion in assets.
It’s Emily’s job to communicate the breadth and depth of WestCorp’s services to owners. She does so from a unique perspective; her 20 years of real estate sales and development experience helps her understand what is most important to potential clients. Over the course of her career, she has successfully developed and implemented scores of marketing campaigns and the sale of many significant multi-family projects.
Margaret has been a force in the property management industry for more than three decades. She has real-world experience in practically every position in property management, which provides a worthwhile complement to her natural strategic acumen. A proven leader in multiple markets, Margaret manages all of the firm’s properties in the West. She managed operations to deliver condo conversions totaling over $600 million revenue in the Las Vegas market. Margaret also holds her CPM Member license of IREM since 2010.
Paula Brumfield brings with her 20 years’ experience in the apartment industry beginning at Glenborough Corp, Benj. E. Sherman & Sons, Realty Management Inc, and most recently as part of WestCorp. Paula has hands on experience as a property manager for communities ranging from 200 to 440 units and has transitioned to Property Operations Manager and Trainer. She has overseen the operations for six (6) communities in the Phoenix area with WestCorp. Currently she supervises eight (8) communities in the Las Vegas area with great dedication to her staff and a diligent work ethic to provide the best service possible to her owners. She has received countless awards including Property of the Year in 2000 and Manager of the Year in 2002. She served on the Board of Directors for Silver State Apartment Association for four (4) years during which time she had the honor of serving as President in 2000. Paula has been accredited as a Residential Manager as well as receiving her Real Estate License and her Certified Property Manager designation in 2013 through IREM.
Lisa has solid operations, management, communications and technical (software) support skills developed over 20 years in the property management industry. She moved quickly from leasing consultant to property manager to regional by successfully utilizing the knowledge, terminology and management skills she learned. She has always been hands-on with her staff from manager to housekeeping and has even worked with maintenance staff when they were shorthanded. Lisa stresses communications, problem/issue resolution and bottom line profitability for her owners.
